Eligibility For WBJEE Exam
  • Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.
  • Age Limit:
    • For engineering: Minimum 17 years as of December 31 of the exam year.
    • No upper age limit except for Marine Engineering (maximum 25 years).
  • Academic Qualification:
    • Must have passed or be appearing for the 10+2 exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Computer Science.
    • Minimum aggregate:
      • General: 45%
      • SC/ST/OBC/PwD: 40%
  • Domicile: For reserved categories and tuition fee waivers, candidates must have domicile in West Bengal.
